The identity layer your event ecosystem is missing

EventID sits between the people at your event and the systems that serve them. It knows who someone is, who they work for and which events they're part of, and it shares that only with the services they approve.

For organisers

Give every supplier one trusted list

You already know which companies are exhibiting and who registered. EventID turns that into identities suppliers can rely on, without you emailing spreadsheets around.

  • Import by CSV

Bring in exhibitors, stand allocations and registrations in one upload. EventsAir import is planned next.

  • Vouch for exhibitors

Listing a company invites its admin to claim it. ABN lookup keeps company records clean.

  • Grant access to suppliers

Decide which suppliers serve which participants, for example "exhibitor staff of this event may use the stand builder portal".

  • See who has joined

Track which exhibitors have claimed their company and how many staff they've invited.

For suppliers

Verified exhibitors at your front door

Stand builders, caterers, AV, lead capture and exhibitor manuals all face the same scramble in show week. Accept EventID sign-in and the right people arrive already matched to their company and event.

  • Standard OIDC sign-in

Add "Sign in with EventID" with any OpenID Connect library or platform that supports an external identity provider.

  • Company and event context

One call to /v1/me/entitlements returns the person's companies, events, stands and what they may do in your app.

  • Revocation that reaches you

When a company removes someone, their access ends. Webhooks for membership changes tell your system straight away.

  • No password support in show week

Passkeys and email codes mean fewer locked-out exhibitors calling your help desk.

For visitors and exhibitor staff

One sign-in that follows you from show to show

Your EventID works across every connected app at this event and the next one. You choose which services see your details, and you can change your mind.

  • Passkeys or an email code

Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key, or get a one-time code by email. Passwords are optional.

  • Link your ticket

Your registration links from your confirmation email, so the event app shows your agenda and ticket.

  • Connected services

See every app you've approved, and revoke any of them in one click.

  • Your data, on request

Download everything EventID holds about you, or delete your account.

Platform

Built like infrastructure

Hosting

Australian by default

All data lives in AWS Sydney with backups kept in Australia.

Privacy

Pairwise identifiers

Each connected app sees a different identifier for the same person, so services can't correlate people behind their backs.

Security

MFA for admins

Company and platform admins use passkeys or authenticator apps. Breached passwords are refused at sign-up.

Audit

Append-only audit log

Sign-ins, membership changes, grants and data access are recorded in a hash-chained log.

Tenancy

Row-level isolation

Every company's data is separated in the database itself, not only in application code.

Standards

OpenID Connect

Discovery, authorization code with PKCE, refresh tokens and RP-initiated logout.
