Questions
Why isn't there a price list yet?
We're onboarding our first organisers and suppliers by hand. Pricing depends on event size and how many systems you connect, so we agree it with each pilot partner and will publish standard plans afterwards.
Do attendees or exhibitor staff ever pay?
No. An EventID is free for the people who use it, and they can delete it at any time.
Who owns the attendee data?
EventID is the data controller for the identities it holds. Organisers and suppliers receive only what a person consents to share with them, under the access the organiser grants.
Which platforms can connect?
Anything that supports OpenID Connect sign-in with an external provider. We help suppliers with custom apps directly, and we're working with ticketing and event-app vendors on attendee sign-in.
Where is our data stored?
In AWS Sydney. Backups are kept in Australia.
Running an event next season?
We're onboarding a small number of organisers and suppliers for our pilot. Tell us about your event and the systems your exhibitors use.
